As an Associate Financial Planner, you will work closely with a Lead Financial Planner, supporting the delivery of truly personal, values-led financial plans that put people first.
Through a structured development programme, you will play an integral role in client relationships, plan construction, research and ongoing reviews - gaining deep exposure to every aspect of high-quality financial planning. This is a supported pathway designed to equip you with the technical expertise, confidence and judgement needed to step into a Lead Financial Planner role.
